The same great agriculturally sound and sustainable coffee found in Denver, Breckenridge, Vail and Winter Park Unravel outposts is now open in Aspen. Conveniently situated along buzzing East Hyman Avenue between Wagner Park and the Wheeler Opera House, Unravel Aspen is a warm + welcoming coffee shop space with a modern mountain touch. The downtown coffee haus and community gathering spot is swathed in warm wooden tones + chic navy touches softened with comfy couches, work/social like tables, bar stools, + outdoor patio seating, plus a space tucked back with a community table, perfect for private coffee gatherings, meetings, lunches, and any type of smaller private event – fitting up to 20 people!
Unravel Aspen, overlooking Ajax mountain, is just a two-block walk from the base of the gondola, making it an easy pop-by for a pre ski coffee, breakfast bite or an afternoon connect over cocktails. Lightning-fast WIFI and vibey soft back music makes Unravel an excellent work-from-anywhere basecamp to take calls, meetings, and send out a couple emails in between powder laps. Dog-friendly outdoor patio perfect for those sunny, bluebird days, delivering exceptional views of Ajax Mountain.
Expect a full-service coffee bar fueled by Ethiopian blends, Unravel’s signature holiday Figgy Pudding coffee and a variety of Gravity Haus-branded Aspen mugs and merch alongside locally sourced pastry array, energy bites, grab + go bites, smoothies, salads, sandwiches, and local retail bars.
An afternoon après scene featuring local spirits + beers, special curated wine list, and in-house fresh bites. A tasteful afternoon apres menu offering hummus + charcuterie boards, nuts + olives, and gourmet desserts. Enjoy these while sipping on an Unravel espresso martini, irish coffee, or a mountain mule over some live acoustic music.

The Aspen Unravel outpost will carry on the Gravity Haus eco-conscious brand experience through our reusable glass jar program (we have saved more than 100,000 paper cups from landfills!) Keeping close with our Ethiopian relations, expect a full-service coffee bar fueled by Ethiopian blends, sustainable glass jar programming, house-made syrups, thought out milk choices, a memorable coffee experience plus a highly enthusiastic barista team! Running Unravel’s signature holiday bled, Figgy Pudding for this winter season and carrying a variety of branded mugs, glasses, merchandise, alongside locally sourced pastries, grab + go bites, smoothies, salads, sandwiches, and local retail bars + juices!

Located steps from the Silver Queen Gondola near the base of Aspen Mountain, AspenHaus, powered by Gravity Haus, will bring 18,000 square feet of amenity space to life on the northern edge of Wagner Park. Gather, work, workout and socialize in downtown Aspen with shared workspace, Dryland Fitness, dining and bar concepts, Haus Quiver gear, a hot tub, cold plunge, sauna and ski lockers.
